Standard trowels apply mortar unevenly and far too thick (10–15mm), leading to waste and weaker joints. A specialized notched blade creates clean, uniform ridges of adhesive (2–3mm thick), ensuring 100% surface contact, stronger bonding, and minimal material wastage.

How do I select the correct blade size for my project?

Match the width of the blade to the exact thickness of your AAC blocks. For example, use a 4-inch blade for 4-inch blocks and an 8-inch blade for 8-inch blocks. This allows masons to spread mortar across the full block width in one single, smooth stroke.

Are these blades reusable and rust-resistant?

Yes. Our mortar blades are built using rust-resistant stainless steel and durable galvanized metal designed to withstand daily heavy construction work. Cleaning the blade with water immediately after each use will prolong its lifespan.
